When it comes to design the yachting industry is under constant evolution of new models.
However, under the skin of the outline of design there are no novelties that are worth
mentioning. The idea behind Xtreme Yachts is the story of two experienced yacht owners that
could not buy the yacht that meet their requirements and therefore decided start building
these yachts for themselves. Bernd Weel Design and Diana Yacht Design were hired to conduct
the naval architectural work and a partnership was formed with the experienced Dutch yacht
builder Holterman Shipyard to build the yacht in the Netherlands. The potential of the design
features screamed for more than a one-off-built project, therefore a team was gathered to
bring the X-105 to the marked and share it with potential future customers.
