QUEEN ANNE has a keel laid date of 2008 as PROJECT SORAYA, preliminary launched in 2013 and then project was put on hold then sold to the most recent owner in 2017 and then completed in 2018. The vessel is documented as being built to MCA and Short-Range commercial compliance (RINA), but has been used privately. MECCANO engineering from Triestre ( Stefano Reggente ) was in charge of the naval architecture and engineering. The interior design is by Ales Bratina.

The vessel has been seized (by judicial arrest) by the United States of America and is presently in the possession of the United States Marshals Service. Queen Anne is being sold per the order of the United State Marshall Service. Vessel is located in Limassol, Cyprus where she will be sold in her current berth using
a sealed bid auction process
