The world of yachting was a natural career choice for Jack, as the third generation in a family of marine enthusiasts. Totally attuned to life on the water, Jack initially worked with underprivileged children on sailing adventures as a watch leader and he also participated in Tall Ship Racing. After a year working in Hong Kong and on completion of a BA Hons degree, he became a deckhand on a 57 metre motor yacht which cruised the west coast of the United States and Mexico and embarked on a Pacific crossing to French Polynesia and Fiji. This adventure gave Jack first-hand experience of being part of a team and in managing a Superyacht Owner’s expectations. Since returning to shore, Jack has developed strong sales and business skills both within Superyacht Media and more recently in the world of Information Technology with a Saas (software as a service) company. Jack brings a new, fresh, dynamic approach to SALT and our superyacht sales team, which translates directly into added knowledge and sensitivity when exceeding our customer’s expectations.
